We are looking for an experienced full-time WELDING SPECIALIST (m/f/d) to join our service team as soon as possible.
Kreitz Welding & Engineering not only provides its customers with welding advice, NDT service and on-site training, but also manages and optimizes projects in the automotive industry. We support renowned customers both in Germany and abroad with the latest testing technology, extensive professional expertise and excellent service.
Your role:
As a welding specialist, you supervise projects in the automotive sector within Germany and neighboring countries in a customer-oriented manner. A high willingness to travel is therefore required.
With your technical expertise and efficient communication skills, you proactively support our customers at the production level. As an on-site expert, you independently accompany optimization processes of joining procedures and are capable of adjusting corresponding software settings and robot configurations. Your analytical prowess allows you to quickly detect process errors and determine appropriate solutions. You can also resolve mechanical causes/error sources on your own if needed.
Your profile:
- Qualified Welding Specialist or comparable training
- Proficient in common arc and resistance welding processes, as well as knowledge of mechanical joining processes such as clinching, riveting and screwing
- Experience in the automotive and automation industry
- in the process optimization of manual, partially mechanized and fully automated welding processes
- in the operation and programming of industrial robots is advantageous
- Valid driving licence, willingness to travel
- Proficiency in English, ideally additional language skills in Slovak, Czech or Polish
- Qualification as a electrically instructed person (EuP/ IEC 60050) desirable
