Frequently, we provide the welding supervision in this early phase in order to achieve the required certification level..
If required, we take care of the entire communication with the accredited authority and in conjunction with you and your QM department, apply for certification. In collective discussions and issue briefings, we contribute the most knowledge available to the process and the department. Our goal is to create a system that is continuously nurtured and put into effect after the completion of our work.
During the system audit, everything should line up. We are with you on-site. As requested, either as a backup or as a contact partner and moderator. Following successful certification, we entrust the system to you and withdraw from the process. It is now up to you and your company to further fill this structure with life and not only maintain it, but to also generate additional value.
Especially in the case of initial certifications, minor deviations may occur, whereas major deviations should be avoided. We won’t leave you out in the cold, but instead quickly compile all necessary complements to clear the path to the certificate. For established systems facing annual surveillance, we are often called in at this stage.
